The First Time

A headmistress has to deal with a recalcitrant girl

By Rob Burton

I stood staring out of the window at the skyline. The light grey clouds interspersed with whiter ones and, in the distant, a glimmer of blue sky. I became conscious I had folded my arms behind my back and smiled to myself as I remembered my mum saying it was a dead giveaway that I was nervous about something. Indeed I was nervous for shortly I was about to cane a girl. My first time.

I had been appointed Headmistress of Sutherland School for Girls last July and this was my first term. The school had a very good academic record and even more of a reputation in the field of sports. Indeed it had been national title holders for hockey five out of the last six years. So I had big shoes to fill and I had been very determined to repay the faith the Governors had shown in me.

Mrs Cavendish

Employee relations how it used to be

By Rob Burton

“Here Rose what’s those marks on yer bum?” Asked her roommate, Mary Pearce, as she was pulling on her slip after her bath.

Rose looked over shoulder into the mirror hanging over the bath as she lifted up the back of her slip to reveal six red weals. Rose blushed and quickly hid them again.

She pushed past Mary in the doorway and went in search of her dress. It was Sunday and time they were off to church. Mary finished brushing her teeth and joined her friend as they went to the morning service at St. Mathews.

Room 431

A neat little story of a family spanking

By Rob Burton

The warmth of her thighs on my hot, red, tingling bottom felt strange and yet it wasn’t unpleasant as we sat together upon the small blue and white armchair in room 431 of the Hilton Hotel. My arm held her waist, my face nuzzled into her long warm neck. Sobs muffled as the salty tears ran down my increasingly tear stained cheeks and onto her shoulder. Her fingers of one hand gently massaging my thick black silky hair while the other hand was rubbing my back gently through the cotton top. All the time she was whispering: “Sssh! It all over now baby,” in my left ear. Her breath in my ear also left a tingle.

The Principal

In some areas of the US, the paddle is being reintroduced. This story follows that theme.

By Rob Burton

I looked at the clock for umpteenth time. It was just after ten to four, some two minutes since I last looked. Twenty minutes after my appointment was supposed to be. The wooden bench outside the door was now making my bottom feel a little numb. I squirmed yet again to try and get comfortable. It wasn’t just the twenty five minutes that I had been waiting for my appointment in fact it had been four days and twenty five minutes that I had been waiting.

The Paddle Party

An out of control party lands some girls and their mothers in trouble.

By Rob Burton

“Sheriff Haskell, are you there?” Martha’s voice crackled over the radio.

“Sheriff!” She croaked out louder this time.

“Hey, Martha I heard you the first time, in fact half the town heard you!”

“Sorry about that. Deputy Bewley is asking for urgent assistance on Maine Drive.”

“Ten four. Tell him I’ll be there in three minutes.”

The Sheriff threw the mic onto the passenger seat and proceeded to turn the car around. He arrived in the three minutes. Not hard really as it only took three minutes to arrive anywhere in Laurel. Pulling up outside the property where the two other police vehicles were parked he made his way to the property.

Interview

A busy headmistress deals with a girl, but there’s a problem.

By Rob Burton

“Damnation!”

The headmistress glowered at her watch; that new school secretary to interview in half-an-hour and I’ve still got Lisa Cannon to attend to. Miss Price was a hard woman to please. She set herself high standards and expected the same of all her staff at the School where she had been headmistress for fifteen years. Today had been particularly taxing. For the second day running the new girl, Lisa Cannon, had deliberately flouted school rules by not turning up in the approved white blouse and skirt. Despite the fact that she was not a third year tomboy, but a sixth former, the stern unbending Miss Price had not the slightest compunctions about punishing her.

Charlotte Andrews

Being rude about a teacher, even without realising, is never a good idea.

By Rob Burton

Charlotte Andrews stood in the corridor outside the Senior Mistress’s office. Her face red, as all the pupils passing by stared at her and some smirked a knowing smile. Five minutes earlier it had been her name read out by the Headmaster. She was shocked as she passed her friends; they glared also in shock, on her way out of the hall to where she stood now waiting for Miss Grey.

“Inside please, Andrews.” Said Miss Grey, opening the door and standing to one side.

Charlotte noted the tone of her voice. Realising she was in trouble, she stood in front of the desk as the door shut behind her.

Jenny Slater

A girl manages to get into trouble on her first day at a new sixth form

By Rob Burton

Jenny closed the car door, waved and headed towards the pair of wrought iron gates. Girls of all sizes hurried past, well mostly, some dawdled like her. Perhaps like her it was their first day at St. Margaret’s and a mixture of trepidation and excitement on their minds. Jenny was not sure where exactly she was going but she just followed the ever growing crowd into the school and as instructed into the main hall for assembly.

It had been a mad last few weeks. In July she had left Leverston School and was expecting to go to Leverston College to take her ‘A’ Levels but then her father got an unexpected promotion. This meant they had to move nearly 200 miles away to the head office in Mountfield. At first Jenny was heartbroken; she could not be consoled at the thought of moving away from her friends. Especially Anna; they had grown up together since they first went to nursery. They were inseparable, they told each other every little secret, from their first kisses to the first time they had touched a boy. Despite her protests, histrionics and tears she had known deep down inside it was the right move for the family. The promotion came with more money, a bigger house, a bigger car, in fact the only down side was the loss of the family’s friends.

Gemma Attlee

The ups and downs of a girl in trouble at school.

By Rob Burton (Another new writer to us)

Gemma Attlee stood facing the wall just to the left side of the blackboard; in fact she could smell the chalk dust she was that close. The bell went to signal the end of the maths lesson. Gemma had been stood there for over twenty minutes. Twenty minutes and the embarrassment was not over as she knew the other pupils were smirking at her as they left the classroom whilst she waited for Miss Waldron to dismiss her. The maths teacher told to pack her things quickly and follow her.
